Abstract
The article analyzes the problems and issues of re-creation of nationality in the translations of Uzbek stories. The relevance of this article is determined by the fact that the problems of national renaissance have not yet been studied on the example of the translation of Uzbek stories into English. The article analyzes the direct English translation of the stories of Abdullah Qodiri, Abdulla Qahhor, Gafur Gulam, Uncle Murad. The translation provides additional comments on the re-creation of the concepts of national life.
