Abstract

The article began with the fact that in the post-war years, in order to support school teachers, large benefits were given, indicating the level of use of benefits. Due to the level and knowledge of material support, teachers enjoyed a great reputation among ordinary people. As a result of the involvement of teachers in agricultural work since the 60s, it gradually came to the fore that they would fall into the role of field assistants-masters of education. The reasons for the decline in the application rate are found in newspaper and archive materials
